Reservation Policies

Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM

Guarantee Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellations:
Cancel up to 3 days before the arrival date to avoid charges.

No-Shows:
In the case of a no-show, one night’s stay will be charged.

Extra Persons:
An additional charge of $18.00 USD will apply from the third person in the same room.

Children:
No children are accepted.

Pets:
Only dogs are accepted, with a maximum weight of 5 kg. Cost: $40.00 USD per night. They are not allowed in common areas or restaurants.

Overbooking Policy:
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.

The hotel will pay for one night, including taxes, in a similar hotel.

The guest will be offered free transportation to the new hotel.

The guest will be granted at least one call to their home or office.
